        Prayer Phone Transcript

        Thank you for your prayer support for the ministry of Torch Trust. This is your update for the week beginning 15th June

        Give thanks to God for the Torch Together holiday which took place in Poole last week. Thank God for the wonderful volunteers who supported that holiday and gave up their time to ensure our guests had a joyful time away. Praise God for the fellowship that was enjoyed and the friendships that were made.

        Please Pray for our next holiday which will take place on 20th – 24th July which will again be in Poole in Dorset. Pray for guidance for Becky and Ruth as they finalise the program and the trips. Please also pray for the volunteers who will be supporting that holiday too. Pray for their training and induction.

        Pray for the staff that are on holiday at the moment who are taking a well deserved break. Pray that they can rest and relax and enjoy time away from work. Bless them all we pray.

        Pray for two new holidays that we will be open to bookings on the 29th June. One will be a retreat that will be held at the King’s Park Centre in  Northampton on 13th – 16th October. The second holiday will be a special Christmas-themed New Year break at The Greenhouse Christian Centre in Poole from 11th-15th January 2027.

        Please pray that clients in need of a holiday will be able join us at one of these locations to come together in fellowship. Pray also for our clients who are struggling financially that they can get support from the Torch holiday bursary fund. 

        Please also pray for our volunteers who will be coming into Torch House this week to help post out the Summer Edition of Torch News and The Prayer Diary. Pray that they will be able to come along and enjoy each other’s company whilst engaging in posting out the magazines for our supporters. We also pray that Torch New is well received by our supporters and they are excited about the work that is going on. We pray that many more people will hear about the work Torch does and may want to support us in prayer, with their time or financially.
