Would you like to help Torch raise its profile by representing Torch to your own church and maybe to other churches in your neighbourhood?

We need to make many new connections, both with blind and partially sighted people who don’t yet know of what Torch can offer them and with others who can support the work in prayer and practical ways.

We are working on materials to help you to present Torch effectively to your church. There will be a regular newsletter for Church Reps and information on this webpage to help - add it to your favourites.

More information will be added to this page soon. But there are already resources we can offer.

Following Torch’s involvement in the flurry of exhibitions, we have several sets of bright new display panels available for use at your church or at local exhibitions. Contact Janet at Torch House or e-mail janets@torchtrust.org to borrow these.

We can provide PowerPoint presentations to help you give a talk about Torch at a church or group meeting.

The new booklet "A Clearer Vision" has been written to help those who lead churches or groups to fully include blind and partially sighted people. It can be ordered from Torch House at price of £1:00. It is available in clear print, giant print and braille.

Torch will happily send speakers to church meetings to present the work of Torch. We can also offer training courses that will help a church to understand and respond to the needs of blind and partially sighted people.
