The Torch Trust for the Blind is a vibrant and growing Christian mission that aims to overcome sight loss as a barrier to finding a personal faith in Christ and living a fulfilled Christian life. It provides Christian literature (in braille, giant print and audio media), fellowship and personal support to visually impaired people in the UK and around the world.

Current Vacancies:

IT Systems Administrator

Providing support to our staff in solving IT challenges, this will involve working with Windows XP, networks, printers and a CRM based on MS Access with a MS SQL Server.

We have around 30 staff and volunteers with a wide range of experience and capability.

This would suit a volunteer who would see this as part of their service to the Lord. Flexible hours but a commitment of 7.25 hours a week.
