The Torch Trust for the Blind International (Malawi) is based in a suburb of the southern Malawi town of Blantyre. Here Torch produces African language braille for the peoples of Malawi and other African countries. From this base Torch supports around 60 Torch Fellowship Groups meeting in Malawi and across the border into Mozambique - mostly in rural village locations.

Most years Summer Camps are run for blind and partially sighted children and young people from all over Romania.

Torch is a partner with a Romanian mission and charity called Pro-Lumina.
