Torch Together 2020

The heart of Torch coming close to you

Dear Friends,

We are introducing a new exciting program for Torch Trust, focusing on friendships, growing in faith, fellowship, fun and the supporting of one another.

These new more inclusive and accessible events take the place of our holiday programmes from previous years. They are available for our Torch clients, their friends and our supporters in specially selected venues around the UK. For 2020, we are visiting 5 Christian centres where you can rest, relax and be refreshed. By choosing centres in different parts of the UK we are bringing the heart of Torch closer for more of you.

Our aim is for you to be able to relax with friends, spend time in worship together, have opportunity for personal reflection, share in good conversations and importantly enjoy lots of fun. During your stay we will also arrange optional local trips, which you can sign up for (additional entrance fees may apply) or stay on site to enjoy the grounds and other activities the centre may provide.

The cost is for full board but excludes transport to the centre and any outings that you choose to go on. However, Torch will make every effort where possible to provide collection and return to local railway stations. The prices quoted are per person and are the same for all who attend. We are unable to provide personal care to any of our guests. Volunteers and staff will be around to help with meal times, guiding and general support.

At the end of your time experiencing ‘Torch Together’, our intention is that you will have been blessed in your time with us, and you will understand how Torch can help you in your continued walk with God when you get home.

Some of our events have a special day within them, open to day visitors, when you can meet and engage with Torch’s CEO Julia Hyde.

Bookings and further enquiries can be made with Client Services on 01858 438260 where a £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your place.

So where are these fantastic opportunities to be together in 2020?
