Churches for All is a campaign run in partnership by several Christian disability organisations. Torch is enthusiastic participant. Follow the link to see a list of other consortium members and to access their websites.

Reading through Audio 

The Reading through Audio initiative has been set up by a group of organisations, including Torch Trust involved in providing audio services. We aim to help rehabilitation workers and other staff to understand the new playback systems and help their clients to do so.

Christian Today is a Christian news website sourcing good Christian news from all over the world. Torch Trust has entered a partnership with Christian Today to publish Christian Today Digest, a Christian news magazine produced in braille, audio and giant print.

Gospel Cards etc. provide the daily Bible texts for Torch braille and giant print Scripture Text Calendars.

Emmaus UK - provides Bible correspondance courses and have a number of titles available in braille.

daisy Consortium - Torch Trust is an associate member of the international consortium that has developed "DAISY" - Digital Accessible Information SYstem - a better way for blind and partially sighted people to read.

Evangelical Alliance - Torch Trust is a member of the Evangelical Alliance - linking evangelical Christians, their churches, and Christian missions and organisations working in the UK.

Gideons distribute Bibles all over the world. They produce an excellent giant print edition of the New Testament and Psalms.

Premier Christian Radio - is Torch Trust's partner broadcasting INSIGHT, Torch's radio programme for blind and other disabled people that goes out every Saturday at 9pm.

COTIS - the Confederation Of Transcribed Information Services. Torch is an active member of this group that sets standards for effective transcription of information for access by blind and partially sighted readers.
